Just before you book your appointment theres a couple of things we wanted to clarify with you...
STAFF CHANGES
If you have a preference in regards to who delivers your treatment you can select this at the time of booking either online or phone appointments.
However, as I'm sure you are aware all sorts of things can happen which could mean we need to change your staff selection. We will do our very best to try and fulfil your option, but if we do need to change this then we will also do our best to keep you informed.

DEPOSITS
All website bookings require a small deposit, the amounts vary between each treatment, so please look at for this when at checkout, the remainder of your treatment cost will be paid in person at the salon.
All bookings taken on the phone (either call or text) a £15 deposit will be taken, we do not keep card details or this will be a bank transfer.
VOUCHERS
You can purchase vouchers here on our website or at our salon.
They can be in an email form or you can collect your physical voucher from the salon. We can post a physical voucher but you will incur postage costs.
NO SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS
If you don't turn up for your appointment or cancel at short notice, you will be charged a fee. Please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you can't make it.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
We do not apply Acrylic Extensions to anyone under the age of 16 or Gel Polish to anyone under the age of 14.
PATCH TESTS
Tinting, Lash Lifts, Semi Perm Lash Extensions, Brow Lamination & HD Brows require a patch test at least 24 hours before your first appointment with us. Pregnant? please let us know, these treatments can be harmful if so.
COVID-19
At Ok, Cure Me! we understand that we are all pushing through unprecedented times. As a client-facing business, we are treating the current outbreak of Covid-19 in a serious but rational way. We are a small, independent business that relies on you - our loyal clients and followers - to keep us going. Without you, there is no Ok, Cure Me! and we are so grateful for your continued support. For now, we are following government advice and are closed until Saturday 4th July (which is subject to change).
We pride ourselves on our ethos of quality, community, kindness and our girl code . Its our mission - now more than ever to ensure our salon is a safe and clean environment, we have adjusted some of our existing practices and put some additional measures in place in the salon in order to protect you, our staff, and keep the business operating as best as possible when we finally open.

A few things to note:

If you have travelled to affected areas or are showing signs of the virus, please call us to reschedule your appointment.

If you are a new client and require a patch test, we can post this out to your address to reduce the need for extra travel. We have waived the postage charge on this until further notice.
We have introduced additional hygiene measures in the salon, which include the following:

Throughout and at the beginning and end of each day, we are disinfecting surfaces, door handles, sections, the card machine and in between every client we are disinfecting tools.

We have removed all magazines from the salon for the time being.

We have removed tester products from our shelves. However, if you would like to try a product, please ask us as we’d be more than happy to dispense it for you.

You may notice extra bottles of hand wash and hand sanitiser around the salon - these are for you, the staff, and anyone else who wants to use them.

We would like to keep cash payments to a minimal. If you would like to leave your tech a tip, there is an option to do this on our card machine.

Staff will wear new mask, gloves and apron for every client. Clients are also asked to wear masks and any other protective wear available.
We will of keep communicating with you all throughout this time. We hope you have all been keeping safe and making the most of this sad time by being able to spend it with family or friends.
