From start to finish our processes in each of our treatments are always top. Prep is always key in our services to ensure a long lasting finish. If your looking for a professional but chilled salon to carry out trending nail art, popping brows or glamed lashes then 'Ok, Cure Me!' is open to you!

Our very pink salon is in the middle of Harborne in Birmingham, and we pride ourselves on all things Nails, Lashes and Brows, along with our 'all about the customer' customer service and our sing along playlist.

PRICE GUIDANCE 

Please note that some prices can vary, especially those were there are pricing bands for example, Nail Art, Thickness/Fulness of Lashes.Treatments like Gel Mani or Lash Extensions offer a standard colour or fullness, anything more or different to what your technician advise will be an extra charge. 

 

We serve a selection of complimentary drinks whilst you enjoy your service.

BOOKING 

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are excessively late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will cause a £10 fee added to your next appointment.

NO SHOWS

In the case of missing your appointment, you will lose any deposits that you have paid, moreover; booking your next visit will require paying in full. Two or more missed appointments equal being BANISHED from the salon (LOL - SERIOUSLY).

DEPOSITS

We require a £10 per treatment deposit from all clients within 24 hours of booking. If the deposit is not paid within that 24 hours your appointment will no longer be held and you will have to re book. If you book back in at the end of you appointment we will roll your deposit over to your new appointment, if you don't re book we will take your deposit off your total payment. All deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule an appointment before 48 hours prior to the appointment we will hold you existing deposit. If you reschedule within 48 hours of you appointment you will be asked to pay a new deposit. If you cancel an appointment your deposit will be lost. In the instance that we have to cancel your appointment or COVID related cancellations we will reschedule your appointment however we will not refund. If you have an appointment that requires a patch test and you do not attend a patch test appointment within the required minimum period of 24 hours prior, you will be required to pay a new deposit.  

SKIN TESTING & ALLERGIES

It is important to note that allergies can be caused by any number of things, even natural ingredients. Because of this, it is our policy that all clients take part in a skin patch test prior to their appointment, this is especially important for Lash and Brow treatments. These need to be done at the salon to be carried out at least 24/48 hours prior to your appointment. We will not do a treatment without a patch test done in our salon within the last 3 months. 

CRUELTY FREE/VEGAN FREE

None of our products are ever tested on animals and the vast majority are suitable for vegans (with the exception of a small number of products that contain either beeswax or a milk or honey derivative). 

We stock brands whose ethics are in line with our environmental ethos - we believe in powerful products that minimise harm to the planet and its people.

SEVEN DAY POLISH REPAIR AND AFTERCARE POLICY

We hope that you are pleased with your manicure however; in the event that you do encounter any issues we operate on a seven day's repair policy for all soft gel manicure services. Please report this to us including a photo to contactus@okcureme.com We are happy to carry out any chip repairs that we consider unreasonable free of charge for the effected nails within this time. After this period, there will be a charge for any repairs.

Please note that your nails are jewels not tools and with this in mind you must take care of them, the level of care you apply to looking after your nails hugely influences how long they will last you.

SERVICE GUARANTEE & REFUNDS

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, to offer you a refund or a second treatment.

HEALTH HISTORY

For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. For lash and brow services a full consultation and a patch test will take place.  If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.

RIGHT TO REFUSE

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

BUNDLE DEALS OR OFFERS 

Our bundle deals must be pre-paid in full at the time of purchase. The payment made for a bundle cannot be used for any other services or products. Bundles are for the named person only they are non-refundable and non-transferable between clients. All treatment bundles must be redeemed within the date specified on the receipt or voucher, any treatments left unused after this date will be forfeited and it will not be extended.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
​We hope that you are happy with the treatments and products. However, if you are unhappy in any way please do not hesitate to contact us straight away so we can rectify any problems as soon as they occur.
